A century ago, Dr. William Marston created a method to examine the behavior of individuals based on their environments.
The DISC profile grew out of this work and has served millions of people to understand their strengths and behavior, to achieve success in their lives and careers. DISC helps us to understand what influences communication and positive relationships. Generally, possible human behaviors are grouped in four categories: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.
